Imagination in the Loop: Meta-Responsive Workflows between Grasshopper and Stable Diffusion This workshop explored how parametric design and generative AI can engage in a process of human–machine co-imagination. Participants integrated Stable Diffusion directly into Grasshopper, creating a seamless dialogue between geometry, data, and AI-generated imagery. The workflow enabled real-time feedback loops where parametric models informed text-to-image prompts, and the resulting visuals guided new design iterations—merging analysis, intuition, and speculation into a single meta-responsive system. Led by Camila Zyngier, Marcella Carone, Victor Sardenberg, and Gustavo Sousa, the workshop demonstrated how computational design can evolve from deterministic scripting toward open-ended collaboration with artificial intelligence.
